These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Meme Thunderdome website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by Meme Thunderdome (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms, including any policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that:

3. Product Nature & Issuance Model

Meme Thunderdome produces limited metal strikes under a structured issuance model.

  • Certain releases are serialized and edition-limited.
  • Once marked “Closed,” a strike will not be reissued.
  • Studio Editions are distinct from Official Strikes and are clearly identified.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies

Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized resale activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Product availability limitations

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect address submission

7. Returns & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited and serialized nature of our releases, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases of verified damage, defect, or confirmed lost shipment.

Minor material variation, engraving contrast differences, or natural patina are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, text, graphics, logos, product designs, strike concepts, and images — is the property of Meme Thunderdome and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Meme Thunderdome releases are original works and independent commentary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third party unless explicitly stated.

9. No Financial Representation

Products sold on this site are collectible metal artifacts.

We make no guarantees or representations regarding:

  • Investment value
  • Resale value
  • Market appreciation

Any secondary market activity is independent of Meme Thunderdome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meme Thunderdome shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Incidental damages arising from use of this site or products

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
